    Chris Sekula

    OWNER

    Chris Sekula founded Sekula's Precision Painting in 2017, igniting a journey of remarkable growth. Under his leadership, the company steadily grew into a million-dollar enterprise, side-by-side with his growing real estate portfolio, a testament to his astute business acumen and dedication. Securing pivotal contracts with esteemed institutions like Rochester General Hospital, the University of Rochester, and Seymour Public Library, Chris positioned the company as a trusted name in the industry, allowing Sekula's to expand and service areas including Buffalo and Syracuse while upholding core employee culture values.

  • Kaitlyn Fedele

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Kaitlyn has worked for Sekula’s Precision Painting since 2023 and transitioned into our CFO position in 2026. Her eye for financial planning has ensured the growth of Sekula’s for several years and continues to do so as our company’s reach expands both residentially and commercially!

    Cameron Brado

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Cameron has been working in supervision and administration since 2016 for both large companies and small businesses alike. He is the newest member of our management team, joining in January of 2026. He has an eye for workplace efficiency and holds a standard of excellence for all employees and projects. He believes in setting his team up for success through clear communication and giving them opportunities to grow as individuals.

    Jake Larzelere

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Jake has been with Sekula’s Precision Painting since 2021 and takes pride in our quality of work! Jake is an artist inside and out of the company - painting design walls for businesses and was chosen as the artist for the Cornhill Arts Festival poster in 2022. Jake is the type of leader we all want to work for, one who will join you in the field and lead by example.

    Brian Bedenbaugh

    FOREMAN

    Brian has been in the painting industry for over thirty years. He has been a core team member for Sekula’s Precision Painting since 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge he can pass along to his team members. Brian has an incredible eye for detail and takes pride in the finished product of his work.

    Raymond Carnahan

    FOREMAN

    Ray has been a foreman for Sekula’s since 2022 and was a painter elsewhere for several years before that. Endearingly called our “Ray of Sunshine”, Ray leads his team and projects with a smile on his face, specializing in efficient exterior work and excellent customer service. Ray is the standard for how we want all of our customers to be treated and is well loved by many of them.

    Alex Zillioux

    FOREMAN

    Alex is the newest foreman at Sekula’s, joining the leadership team in 2023. Alex specializes in efficient exterior work and high-quality customer service. He proudly led our facilities maintenance team at Rochester General Hospital before stepping into this foreman role. Alex has been entrusted with many large commercial projects and continues to prove his value to our team.
